Fathers are tired of being abused by the courts:
A long time has passed and the courts have not responded to our pleas. We have learned that knowledge passed is knowledge gain. With our love for our children Dads America has never given up requesting changes. All of us wonder where it the truth in the system. Do fathers have rights. The answer is emphatically yes. You have constitutional rights and so does your child. When you go into court don't go in with he said she said arguments. You must go into court with the constituion in your arguments.
What does the constitution say?
It is not what the constitution says, it is what it doesn't say. Our forefathers had the right idea in not specifically stating our rights. Instead they said we have rights and the courts do not. They did NOT create a list that says you can walk down your street. You can eat a hamburger on any Tuesday and you can walk your dog in the park on Saturdays.
What they said was you are sovern and the courts are not. What might this mean to you? It means you, a United States Citizen has the right to love and protect your child. And your child has the right to be loved and protected by you.
If your or your attorney doesn't fight with the US Constitution:
Then you have given the court the right to make a decision on what they have heard. It's called Descretion of the Court. So without the Constitution you are giving up your rights.
But if you go into court and argue the US Constitution, the judge cannot take you or your child's rights from you. If they do, then they have committed treason against the United States of America and are subject to jail. You then have the right to take their home, car, bank accounts and regain your rights taken from you.
Learn your Constitution and don't argue about he said she said. If you do, then you are throwing your money away.
